1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using ReelThatIn ("the app", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. What ReelThatIn does
ReelThatIn lets you save links, text, and images from other apps, organize them into folders and tags, and optionally place them on a personal map. You can share a folder or map with other people via a link.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. You may also browse and place a limited set of content as a guest, without an account, on a device that isn't yours to keep.
4. Your content
Whatever you save — links, text, images, notes — stays yours. We store it so the app can show it back to you (and to anyone you deliberately share it with). You're responsible for having the right to save and share anything you add.
5. Sharing features
A share link you generate can be opened by anyone who has it, subject to the permission level you choose (view-only or can-add). Revoking a link stops future access but doesn't retroactively undo anything a recipient already saw or copied.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use ReelThatIn to store or share anything illegal, to abuse the link-preview/scraping feature to attack other sites, or to try to access another user's account or content without permission.
7. Availability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available, and we may change or discontinue features.
8. Termination
You can stop using the app and log out at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ReelThatIn is provided without warranties of any kind, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
